Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – ZenithHealth

At ZenithHealth, we want you to have the best possible experience with our products. If something does not go as expected, our team is here to help.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

  • Cancellations within the allowed time will be refunded within 10 business days.

Exchanges & Returns

  • Return window: up to 30 days after delivery.

  • Conditions: items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective items upon receipt).

  • Used, worn, or damaged items due to misuse will not be refunded.

How to request a return:

  1. Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for approval before shipping the product back.

  3. Include your order number and buyer’s name in the return package.

Once we receive your return, the product will be inspected within 10 business days.
If approved, your refund will be issued within up to 40 business days from confirmation.

Damaged Products

  • Defective or broken items will be replaced at no cost.

  • Damaged packaging with the product intact is not considered damage.

  • Report damages within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photos to our support team.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver your order quickly, but delays may occur due to the carrier, customs, or other external factors.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after shipping.

  • For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Refunds

  • All refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD), based on the original purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for any exchange rate differences or international transaction fees.
